Privacy Policy

Account Information — Email address, and name/photo if you use Google sign-in. Stored securely in our database.

Resume & Job Description Data — Sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Not stored on our servers after your results are returned.

Payment Information — Processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Usage Data — Anonymous analytics to improve the service. Cannot identify you personally.

We use your information to provide and improve our service, manage your account, send product updates if you opt in, and respond to support requests.

We do not use your resume data, job descriptions, or generated content to train AI models or build datasets.

Resume & JD data: Stored in your account history so you can revisit past tailorings. You can delete individual results at any time from your dashboard.

Account data: Retained while active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Tailoring history: Includes job description, original resume, tailored resume, ATS score, and keywords. All data is encrypted at rest via Supabase and accessible only to you.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@applymatch.app to exercise these rights.

Essential cookies only for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.

HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, PCI-compliant payments via Stripe.

We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
