1. Agreement
By using ApplyMatch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The Service
ApplyMatch uses AI to tailor resumes and generate cover letters for specific job descriptions.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 to use ApplyMatch. You're responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
4. Your Content
You own everything you submit. We only process it to deliver your results — nothing more.
5. AI-Generated Content
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
AI output may contain inaccuracies or embellishments. Verify that all content is truthful and reflects your actual experience. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.
You own all AI-generated content produced for you.
6. Pricing
Starter: $49 one-time for 10 tailorings. Credits don't expire.
Unlimited: $19/month. Cancel anytime.
Free tier: 3 free tailorings. No card required.
Prices may change with notice. Won't affect current subscriptions until next billing cycle.
7. Refunds
Starter: Full refund within 7 days if 2 or fewer credits used. Unlimited: Cancel anytime, no prorated refunds. Email support@applymatch.app.
8. Acceptable Use
Don't generate fraudulent content, share accounts, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools beyond normal usage.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features with notice.
10. Liability
Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
12. IP
ApplyMatch brand and technology are ours. Your content is yours (see Section 4).
13. Privacy

14. Changes
We'll give at least 14 days notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
